Mission, Vision & Values

Workplace Matters has a vision of a world where the value of work is restored and people are able to achieve their full potential in body, mind and spirit.

Our mission is to bring meaning and purpose to the workplace by:

  • Serving, supporting and valuing people whatever they do listening and signposting with compassion, respect, confidentiality, independence and acceptance
  • Encouraging a good experience of work for employees, employers, communities and the economy;
  • Providing expertise in matters of diversity and faith, including pastoral and spiritual care;
  • Being a conduit in both directions between the workplace and the church.

Workplace Matters works from a place of service on the basis of Christian values and that God’s love is for all people.
